Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients, vendors, and team members professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, packages, and office communications.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance requests.
  • Routinely route client documents, tax organizers, tax returns, and workflow tasks in a timely manner.
  • Support billing and accounts receivable functions, including deposits, invoice processing, and payment tracking.
  • Cook up office events, internal announcements, and administrative projects.
  • Maintain accurate records in Qount and other firm software systems.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and administrative efficiencies.
