Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for leadership teams
  • Cook up internal meetings, client calls, and company events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business correspondence
  • Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation
  • Aid with onboarding activities, interview scheduling, and employee coordination
  • Support office operations including vendor coordination, supply management, and facility requests
  • Track invoices, purchase requests, and expense reports
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communications professionally
  • Cook up cross-functional teams including HR, Finance and Operations
  • Aid leadership with administrative support for AI, analytics, and technology projects
  • Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and documentation repositories
  • Support executives with ad hoc reporting and operational tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced technology environment
  • Experience supporting leadership teams in IT, software, or technology companies is a plus
