Requirements

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Carrier experience is preferred.
• Likely to have liability experience.
• Current, active Xactimate license and experience writing damage estimates.
• Pass a background check.
• Hold necessary licenses and certifications where applicable.
• Ability to operate equipment and access rooftops.
