About the role

We are seeking a daily field property adjuster based in Central Wisconsin who is ready, willing, and able to elevate their career and contribute meaningfully to the lives of policyholders and carriers alike.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
• Value partnerships with carrier clients, maximizing support for both parties.
• Maintain an outstanding work ethic, embracing flexibility and responsiveness to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
• Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage workload effectively while exercising good judgment and maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize advanced technological skills, including proficiency in Xactimate for writing damage estimates in both residential and commercial settings.
• Pass relevant background checks and possess current, active licenses as required.
• Access equipment necessary for roof inspections and other site visits.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license and experience writing damage estimates in both residential and commercial contexts.
• Desired carrier experience and a plus for liability experience.
• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Equipment and ability to access roofs.

Schedule

This is not a traditional 9-5 position. Adjusters are expected to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of insureds and carriers, ensuring that claims are handled promptly and effectively.
