Responsibilities

• Prioritize policyholders during their time loss through demonstrated empathy and understanding.
• Value partnerships with carrier clients, maximizing support for both parties.
• Maintain an outstanding work ethic, capable of working flexible hours to meet the needs of insureds and carriers.
• Communicate clearly and consistently, both internally and externally, with strong lines of communication.
• Manage workload effectively with good judgment and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Utilize advanced technology, including Xactimate, to write both residential and commercial damage estimates.
• Pass necessary background and licensing checks.
• Access and operate equipment necessary for roof inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of residential and commercial property adjusting experience.
• Credentialed with a current, active Xactimate license.
• Experience writing damage estimates in Xactimate.
• Background check clearance.
• Current, active license where required.
• Ability to perform roof inspections.

Schedule

This is not a traditional 9-5 position. Adjusters are expected to be available outside of regular business hours to assist policyholders and carriers.
