Adjunct Professor for Lean Six-Sigma in Aviation and Aerospace, Daytona Beach Campus
About the role
The David B. O’Maley College of Business is seeking a part-time adjunct faculty member to teach one section of an undergraduate-level course in Lean Six-Sigma in Aviation and Aerospace. The course is offered face-to-face for Fall 2026 on our Daytona Beach campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on learning activities that stimulate student involvement and encourage critical thinking.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in business, management, industrial engineering or other closely related fields with at least three years of professional experience in the field. A terminal degree is preferred.
- Previous experience teaching Lean Six Sigma.
- Experience in the aviation and aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sensitivity to academic and cultural diversity; demonstrated proficiency using computer applications, online resources, and other technologies for the classroom.

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience.
