Adjunct Faculty - Lean Six Sigma

Position Summary

The College of Professional Studies (CPS) invites qualified individuals to apply for an Adjunct Faculty position focused on designing and teaching courses in Lean Six Sigma. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a syllabus
• Lead classes and conduct all associated planning and grading
• Review student work and assess learning
• Participate in trainings and meetings (as needed) with staff

Minimum Qualifications

• Expertise and experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodology and tools for efficient and effective processes and practices
• Master’s degree required
• Led Six Sigma certification (Black Belt or Master Black Belt)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to teach successfully in online settings
• Experience with instructional technology and online course design
• Daytime availability for meetings as needed
