Adjunct Instructor, Visual Arts or Media Arts

About the role

The Department of Visual and Media Arts is seeking Adjunct Instructors with expertise in Studio Art, Graphic Design, or Cinema.

Responsibilities

• Teach multiple classes to students in a Major or Minor program.
• Instruct additional classes as needed.
• Assist at special events/productions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in the discipline.
• Prior collegiate-level teaching experience, preferred.
• Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community.
• Demonstrated Christian commitment and the ability to integrate faith into coursework.

Status

Applications reviewed on a rolling basis until positions are filled.

Education

Successful candidates will have earned an MFA in their respective discipline, or commensurate professional experience.
