Adjunct Instructor Phlebotomy (Pool)
About the role
Dyersburg State Community College invites applicants for Phlebotomy adjunct instructors for day, evening, and online classes held in Dyersburg, Covington, Paris, or at one of our other off-campus centers. Initial assignment may be at one of our teaching locations, but the official work station assignment may change each semester.
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned courses for discipline in Covington, Dyersburg, and/or Paris;
- Prepare course materials;
- Evaluate student learning, maintain class records, and submit required reports on time.
Requirements
- LPN or Licensed Paramedic with certifications in Phlebotomy, Electrocardiogram, and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and other college personnel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
