The USC Sol Price School of Public Policy is seeking a working professional with expertise and a primary position in Public and Nonprofit Organizational Behavior. The successful candidate should possess a doctorate in the field of Nonprofit Management, Leadership or Public Administration.

Requirements
The candidate will be able to teach a master’s-level course related to one or more of the following areas: behavior in organizations with a focus on personal, interpersonal, and group level factors that influence such behavior. Preference will be given to candidates with prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations.
Qualifications
Prior teaching experience and excellent teaching evaluations are preferred. The candidate should possess a doctorate in the field of Nonprofit Management, Leadership or Public Administration.
Skills
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage time and workload.
Benefits
This iteration of the course is fully online. The hourly rate range for this position is $29.06/hr. - $38.89/hr.
