Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, interpret, and execute administrative procedures and practices, including manuals regarding the College’s policies, procedures, rules, and standards.
• Analyze class and program needs of the College.
• Determine and recommend retention or deletion of courses.
• Develop and coordinate program and course schedules, faculty assignments, and test dates.
• Maintain calendars to track schedules and adjust as required.
• Assist students and program curriculum, program and course reviews, and articulation activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in English, Literature, Creative Writing, or Linguistics; or Master’s degree and 18 graduate semester hours in English, Literature, Creative Writing, or Linguistics.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar applications.
• Ability to utilize Canvas Learning Management System and other instructional technologies.
• Ability to interact positively with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public.
