  • Culinary Arts degree and/or A Masters Degree with relevant industry experience and /or licensure preferred.
  • Prior college, university, or industrial teaching and Culinary Arts experience preferred, as is evidence of scholarly and /or professional activities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
