Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in appropriate discipline required with relevant industry experience.
- Culinary Arts degree and/or A Masters Degree with relevant industry experience and /or licensure preferred.
- Prior college, university, or industrial teaching and Culinary Arts experience preferred, as is evidence of scholarly and /or professional activities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
