Adjunct Instructor Computer Information Technology

About the role

Dyersburg State Community College invites applicants for Computer Applications adjunct instructors for day, evening, and online classes held in Dyersburg, Covington, Paris, or at one of our other off-campus centers. Initial assignment may be at one of our teaching locations, but the official work station assignment may change each semester.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned courses for discipline in Covington, Dyersburg, and/or Paris;
• Prepare course materials;
• Evaluate student learning, maintain class records, and submit required reports on time.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with 18 graduate semester hours in Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, or related subject area and/or industry-recognized certifications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students and other college personnel required.
