About the role
The English and Communication Department at UC Blue Ash invites applicants for its Communication Adjunct faculty general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty will be selected for the upcoming term (as needed).
Responsibilities
- Teach assigned undergraduate courses.
- Use best practices to continually evaluate student coursework.
- Review and respond in a timely manner to all University-related and student communications.
- Participate in at least one professional development workshop per year.
- Participate in program assessment.
Requirements
- Masters degree (or higher) in Communication.
- At least one (1) year of teaching experience in a college setting.
- Experience and training to provide course instruction in public speaking, interpersonal communication, and/or business communication.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or ABD in communication preferred.
