Responsibilities
- Provide academic advising and support to students in various programs.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement educational initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining student records and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
- Engage in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Participate in committees and task forces to improve campus operations and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, or related).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in higher education or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles.
