Adjunct Faculty, Marketing & Entrepreneurship

About the Position:

Successful candidates will be committed to excellence in teaching in an institution dedicated primarily to undergraduate education. They will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of and sensitivity to diversity and gender issues, as SUNY Plattsburgh is committed to ensuring that its graduates are educated to succeed in an increasingly complex, multicultural, and interdependent world.

Required Qualifications:

• M.B.A. or Master’s degree or Ph.D. or D.B.A in Marketing, Marketing Management or related field from an accredited institution.
• Candidates must be either Professionally Qualified (i.e., having relevant professional experience that is significant in duration and level of responsibility, and current at the time of hiring) or Academically Qualified (i.e., having a record of publications in peer-reviewed journals, etc.).
• SBE adjunct lecturers must be either professionally or academically qualified in accordance with AACSB standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty, staff, and administrators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Potential candidates with experience in entrepreneurship and marketing education are encouraged to apply.
