About the role

The Human Resources Department at Tompkins Cortland Community College seeks an experienced HR professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations and conduct investigations
  • Oversee recruitment processes and manage candidate evaluations
  • Administer benefits programs and handle insurance claims
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
