We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Desired Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities & Skills, Work Environment And Special Considerations, Compensation & Support (maybe Benefits?), Conditions of Employment (maybe not needed as it's boilerplate? It's about background checks, but it's not boilerplate? It's specific to the job. However we need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate. Conditions of Employment includes background checks etc. Might be considered legal boilerplate but it's specific to the job. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Conditions of Employment includes background checks etc. Might be considered legal but it's part of job posting. However it's about employment conditions; not sure if we should keep. The instruction says remove legal boilerplate. Conditions of Employment is somewhat legal but it's specific to the role. Might be okay to keep? The instruction says "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". Conditions of Employment includes legal requirements (background checks). Might be considered legal boilerplate. Safer to drop it. Also "Pay Benefits And Work Schedule" section includes a paragraph about compensation and benefits. We need to include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections only if posting actually states them. The posting includes "Compensation & Support" with pay schedule, benefits, etc. So we should create sections: Pay, Benefits, Schedule? The posting mentions pay according to salary schedule, benefits: professional development opportunities, retirement savings options, campus resources, free access to EAP. No explicit schedule mentioned besides part-time, flexible hours. There's mention of "Flexible hours, days and assigned campus location may vary due to enrollment." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. Benefits section with listed benefits. Pay section with compensation description. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Let's extract content: Responsibilities: first paragraph: "Adjunct Faculty are responsible for teaching assigned courses, which includes developing and posting syllabi, preparing and delivering instruction, designing assignments and assessments, grading student work, and providing timely, constructive feedback. In addition, Adjunct Faculty are expected to engage in professional development, effectively utilize the College’s Online Learning Management System (CANVAS), and maintain open communication with students, colleagues, and supervisors. They may also contribute to curriculum improvement efforts aimed at enhancing student success." Then "Essential Functions The responsibility of Adjunct Faculty is to teach classes as assigned. Duties related to the teaching of a course include, but are not limited to, the following types of activities:" then list items. We should combine responsibilities and essential functions into one Responsibilities section? Probably yes. Use

for list items. List items from Essential Functions: - Developing a course syllabus in the format determined by the College and posting said syllabus to the College approved system by college posted deadlines. - Preparing for and delivering class, studio, clinical, or lab instruction; at days, times, modalities and locations determined by the College. - Using assigned instructional materials to plan and deliver instruction designed to enhance student learning. - Developing or modifying assignments, assessments and other course materials to support and evaluate student understanding of course learning outcomes established in the course syllabus and per department guidelines. - Grading student work and providing constructive feedback to students in a timely fashion, including resolution of incomplete or disputed grades. - Participating in professional development opportunities offered by the college and department. - Validating textbooks, posting course syllabi, class/grade rosters, and submitting final student grades by established deadlines - Remaining current with how to use the College’s Online Learning Management System (currently CANVAS) as required by departmental guidelines. - Responding in a timely fashion to communication from students, colleagues and supervisors - Meeting with students individually to review course work as needed. - Adjunct faculty may work with other faculty in support of curricula improvement as appropriate to promote students' success and mastery of course and program competencies. Note: Some items have trailing spaces; we keep as is. Now Required Qualifications: list of options 1-5 each with description. Also "For All Options Professional certifications required: Fire Instructor I (Bureau of Fire Standards and Training) Live Fire Instructor Training I". So we need to capture that. We should format as
      • each option? Could be nested but simpler: each option as
      • . Then after list, a

for the required certifications. Desired Qualifications: "Teaching experience. Professional Certifications Desired Fire Inspector I Fire Inspector II Fire Instructor II or III (Bureau of Fire Standards and Training) Fire Officer I Fire Officer II". Probably list. Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: list of bullet points? It's a paragraph with multiple sentences separated by periods. Could treat as

          each sentence? But instruction: use
          • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. This is a list of knowledge, abilities & skills. Could be considered a list. We'll make
each item. Items: - A personal and professional commitment to creating an atmosphere of quality instruction in line with Seminole State College’s mission and vision. - Possessing sufficient professional expertise in their specific field/discipline. - Maintaining faculty credentials as required by the college's accrediting agencies. - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to utilize technology and innovative pedagogy to enhance teaching and learning. - Demonstrates a professional, courteous demeanor. - Committed to supporting student learning and development. Work Environment And Special Considerations: paragraph: "Works in a classroom/lab setting. Flexible hours, days and assigned campus location may vary due to enrollment. This description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor. This position is not eligible for Veterans' Preference." We should keep that as

maybe split into sentences? Could keep as

. Now Compensation & Support: includes paragraphs: "Compensation & Support Adjunct faculty are paid according to Seminole State College’s Non-Bargaining Unit Salary Schedule, based on the instructor’s highest degree earned. This posting is for a Non-College Credit Course. To view current pay rates, please refer to the Salary Schedule In addition to competitive pay, Seminole State offers part-time faculty access to professional development opportunities, retirement savings options, and campus resources. Adjunct faculty also have free access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing confidential support services for employees and their households. Learn more about available benefits and resources ." We need Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. Pay: "Adjunct faculty are paid according to Seminole State College’s Non-Bargaining Unit Salary Schedule, based on the instructor’s highest degree earned. This posting is for a Non-College Credit Course. To view current pay rates, please refer to the Salary Schedule" Benefits: "In addition to competitive pay, Seminole State offers part-time faculty access to professional development opportunities, retirement savings options, and campus resources. Adjunct faculty also have free access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing confidential support services for employees and their households. Learn more about available benefits and resources ." Schedule: from Work Environment: "Flexible hours, days and assigned campus location may vary due to enrollment." Also maybe mention part-time? But schedule section should be specific. We'll include that sentence. We must not include boilerplate like "Learn more about available benefits and resources ." maybe it's okay as part of benefits. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's construct. We'll have sections:
