We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities & Skills, Work Environment And Special Considerations, Compensation & Support (maybe Benefits?), Conditions of Employment? The instructions: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: Responsibilities (list), Required Qualifications (list of options), Knowledge, Abilities & Skills (list), Work Environment And Special Considerations (prose), Compensation & Support (pay, benefits). Also Conditions of Employment (background checks, residency). Also maybe "How To Apply" is application instructions - should be removed. Also EEO boilerplate removed. Also "Other Information" sections like Veterans' Preference, foreign transcripts - these are legal/EEO? Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Veterans' Preference maybe legal? Might be considered boilerplate; but it's specific content about preference. However it's likely considered legal/EEO. Safer to remove. Also "Holders Of Degrees From Institutions Outside The Usa" also legal. Remove. Thus sections: Responsibilities, Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Abilities & Skills, Work Environment And Special Considerations, Compensation & Support, Conditions of Employment (maybe combine with Work Environment? but it's separate). We need to decide if Conditions of Employment is substantive: includes residency requirement, background checks, fingerprinting. That's substantive. Keep. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does have "Compensation & Support" which includes pay schedule, benefits. So we can have a section maybe titled "Compensation & Support" but the instruction list includes Benefits, Pay, Schedule as possible headings. However we should not invent headings not in list? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. We can use other headings if they appear in posting, like "Compensation & Support". Probably okay. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact wording? Probably we can keep the substance but not necessarily verbatim? It says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the details, maybe rephrase slightly but not lose detail. Safer to keep the sentences as is, maybe break into

      or

    • . Let's extract each section. Responsibilities: The first paragraph: "Adjunct Faculty are responsible for teaching assigned courses, which includes developing and posting syllabi, preparing and delivering instruction, designing assignments and assessments, grading student work, and providing timely, constructive feedback. In addition, Adjunct Faculty are expected to engage in professional development, effectively utilize the College’s Online Learning Management System (CANVAS), and maintain open communication with students, colleagues, and supervisors. They may also contribute to curriculum improvement efforts aimed at enhancing student success." Then there is "Essential Functions The responsibility of Adjunct Faculty is to teach classes as assigned. Duties related to the teaching of a course include, but are not limited to, the following types of activities:" then a list. We need to combine responsibilities and essential functions into a Responsibilities section. Use
      • for list items. The list includes: - Developing a course syllabus in the format determined by the College and posting said syllabus to the College approved system by college posted deadlines. - Preparing for and delivering class, studio, clinical, or lab instruction; at days, times, modalities and locations determined by the College. - Using assigned instructional materials to plan and deliver instruction designed to enhance student learning. - Developing or modifying assignments, assessments and other course materials to support and evaluate student understanding of course learning outcomes established in the course syllabus and per department guidelines. - Grading student work and providing constructive feedback to students in a timely fashion, including resolution of incomplete or disputed grades. - Participating in professional development opportunities offered by the college and department. - Validating textbooks, posting course syllabi, class/grade rosters, and submitting final student grades by established deadlines - Remaining current with how to use the College’s Online Learning Management System (currently CANVAS) as required by departmental guidelines. - Responding in a timely fashion to communication from students, colleagues and supervisors - Meeting with students individually to review course work as needed. - Adjunct faculty may work with other faculty in support of curricula improvement as appropriate to promote students' success and mastery of course and program competencies. We should keep the prose before list maybe as

. Then list. Required Qualifications: list of options 1-9. Each option is a sentence. Use

        • for each. Knowledge, Abilities & Skills: list of bullet points? The text: "A personal and professional commitment to creating an atmosphere of quality instruction in line with Seminole State College’s mission and vision. Possessing sufficient professional expertise in their specific field/discipline. Maintaining faculty credentials as required by the college's accrediting agencies. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize technology and innovative pedagogy to enhance teaching and learning. Demonstrates a professional, courteous demeanor. Committed to supporting student learning and development." These are sentences; could be
          • . Work Environment And Special Considerations: paragraph: "Works in a classroom/lab setting. Flexible hours, days and assigned campus location may vary due to enrollment. This description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position. Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor. This position is not eligible for Veterans' Preference." We keep that as

. Compensation & Support: paragraph: "Adjunct faculty are paid according to Seminole State College’s Non-Bargaining Unit Salary Schedule, based on the instructor’s highest degree earned. This posting is for a Non-College Credit Course. To view current pay rates, please refer to the Salary Schedule In addition to competitive pay, Seminole State offers part-time faculty access to professional development opportunities, retirement savings options, and campus resources. Adjunct faculty also have free access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing confidential support services for employees and their households. Learn more about available benefits and resources ." We keep as

. Note there is a stray space before period. Keep. Conditions of Employment: paragraph: "Finalists and individuals recommended for employment at Seminole State College must reside in the State of Florida at the time of hire and may be subject to background investigations and fingerprinting in compliance with Florida Statute 1001.64; and Seminole State College Policy 1.020; 2.020. Criminal background checks and fingerprinting will be conducted for all new employees, and for rehired employees who have had a break in service for one year or more. The Office of Human Resources will determine which background checks shall be conducted for each position, based upon its review of job descriptions and the responsibilities of the position. These include, but are not limited to, positions that have access to money, master keys, security-sensitive areas and confidential information; positions that have the capability to create, delete, and alter records; and positions that are responsible for the care and instruction of children. The College will conduct various types of background checks which may include, but are not limited to: criminal background, credit check, driver's license check, previous employment and references." We keep as

. We must not include application instructions, EEO, etc. Now produce HTML fragment with

headings and content. We need to ensure no extra text outside HTML. Let's craft:
