Adjunct Faculty, Business - Human Resources

This position is based at our Newport News, VA campus location.

Pay

Compensation: $1,500 - 1,800 per course section. Compensation is determined by discipline, credential level, and course type. Ranges reflect good faith estimates based on current pay practices.

About the role

We are seeking Business professionals, specifically in Human Resources, to join our faculty team. As a faculty member, you'll provide practical hands-on instruction in an engaging learning environment, incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience of our students and achieve learning outcomes. Our terms are five weeks long, and class sizes are small, providing an ideal environment to share your specific industry experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Human Resources from a regionally accredited educational institution.
• 3-5 years of industry experience within the past 10 years required.
• Prior teaching or presentation experience a plus.
