Responsibilities
- Conduct classes using appropriate instructional practices
- Maintain records of attendance
- Evaluate student performance on assignments
- Monitor and communicate progress to students and the appropriate college employees
- Assign midterm and final grades
- Complete mandatory training as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- An earned Master’s degree in Biology or an Anatomy and Physiology related field from a regionally accredited institution, or a Master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours in Biology or closely related field, or a professional degree (MD, DC, DO or other advanced clinical degree) awarded by a nationally accredited institution.
- Preferred qualifications include college teaching experience and knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, equity-minded principles and practices related to supporting students.
