Adjunct Faculty - Anatomy & Physiology

About the role

The successful candidate will contribute to the academic mission of the institution by teaching courses in Anatomy and Physiology.

Responsibilities

• Teach Anatomy and Physiology courses at the college level
• Develop and maintain course materials
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant research and pedagogical techniques
• Participate in departmental meetings and committees
• Assist with student advising and career guidance

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biology, Health Science, or related field
• Experience teaching Anatomy and Physiology at the college level
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Praxis II exam
• Background check required

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
