About the role
Laurel Ridge Community College is accepting applications for adjunct, part-time faculty (day, evening and weekend) positions for an Anatomy and Physiology adjunct. Adjunct Faculty positions are appointed on a course-by-course, semester basis as needed.
Responsibilities
- Teach college level courses, which may include distance learning on and off campus courses during the day, evening and weekends.
- Teach at the Middletown Campus, Fauquier Campus, and Luray-Page County Center as needed.
Requirements
- Masters in the field or Masters with 18 graduate credits in the field.
- The ability to use instructional technology is required.
- Experience with Canvas or other online course management tools.
- College level teaching experience, online experience a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written.
- The ability to work with a diverse population of faculty, staff, and students.

Benefits
The position is part time and as such is not eligible for health or leave benefits. However, the position may offer educational benefits through our professional development and educational assistance policies.
Pay
The credit hour pay range is $794.00-$1,375.50.
Schedule
Adjunct faculty teach a variety of day, evening and weekend classes.
