Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately a two-hour driving distance.
- Present and pitch the new delivery program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest in applying.
- Qualify prospective businesses to ensure they meet program criteria and guide them through the full application process.
- Lead and manage all prospect and applicant activity in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to build relationships with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Drive referrals through community organizations and networks to expand the pool of potential delivery partners.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to coordinate and execute recruitment events, ensuring strong attendance, clear messaging, and effective follow-up with interested businesses.
- Provide on-the-spot problem solving and support to applicants in the field, helping them complete required steps and overcome barriers to joining the program.
Essential Skills
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Outside or field sales experience.
- CRM experience, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear, persuasive program pitches.
- Ability to manage and track a sales or recruitment pipeline using Salesforce or similar tools.
- Attention to detail when handling applications, data entry, and follow-up tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to assist applicants and resolve issues in the field.
- Ability to work with multiple systems and technology, including Excel and CRM platforms.
- Comfort working with multiple systems and technology, including Excel and CRM platforms.
- Ability to travel up to approximately four hours round trip on a daily basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers.
- Previous field sales experience is a strong plus.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to represent the program professionally in the community.
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others in a collaborative environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership in driving recruitment results.
- Tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and systems.
- Organizational skills to balance on-the-road outreach with administrative and follow-up work.
- Motivation to work in a commission-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.
Work Environment
- This is a field-based role with coverage focused on regions in or near Ocala and in or near the Orlando / Placid Lake, FL areas.
- You will spend 3–5 days per week on the road visiting prospective businesses and attending community events, with the remaining time spent working from home to complete follow-ups, data entry, and planning activities.
- The position requires regular driving within up to a two-hour radius (approximately four hours round trip) and involves frequent in-person interactions with local businesses and community organizations.
- The work environment is fast-paced and performance-driven, with uncapped commission opportunities, including payments per partner application, milestones when partners are ready to launch, and additional earnings once partners have launched and operated for several weeks.
- The role also offers mileage reimbursement and a monthly phone bill stipend.
- You will use tools such as Salesforce and Excel regularly, and you will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors to deliver a high-quality last-mile delivery experience through recruited partners.

- This is a Contract position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay And Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
