This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a newly launched delivery program. You will recruit local businesses to join a delivery partner program, collaborating with a Field Manager and other local contractors.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance.
• Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest and applications from businesses.
• Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
• Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch and learns and townhall meetings.
• Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
• Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Outside/Field Sales experience is required.
• CRM experience is required, with a preference for Salesforce.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Skills

• Field sales experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation roles is a plus.
• Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others.
• A high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills for field applicants.
• Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems and technologies.

Work Environment

The role requires working 5 days a week in the field with an 80/20 split between fieldwork and home-based follow-up/admin tasks. Positions are available in or near Medford, OR, Tillamook or Lincoln City, OR, and Redmond, OR (consider Bend, OR as well).

Pay

$27.00 - $27.00/hr.
