The traineeship offers an opportunity to work exclusively on private client work, with involvement in cases from beginning to end, gaining a full understanding of a Solicitor's role.
Responsibilities
- Work exclusively on private client matters
- Handle cases from beginning to end
- Gain exposure to Wills, Powers of Attorney, Executries, Trusts, and Guardianships
- Receive mentoring and supervision from one of the Senior Partners
Requirements
- LLB degree
- Diploma in Legal Practice
- Both qualifications are conditions to commencement of the traineeship

- Willingness to help others
Pay
Trainee salaries are in line with the Law Society of Scotland's recommended rates.
