About the role
This role involves providing care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with residents as a positive role model
- Document behaviors and maintain records
- Assist with housekeeping, supplies, and medication administration
- Respond to emergencies and support residents' treatment goals
- Attend training, lead group activities, and provide basic first aid
- Transport residents and support life skills development
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in similar services preferred
Skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Certifications like DHS 83 advantageous
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to perform tasks
- Effective verbal and written communication
The environment is community-based with moderate noise, and travel may be required.
Schedule: Part-time, 3rd shift (10:00pm–6:00am Wednesday–Friday)
