About the role
The Adult Residential Support Professional provides care, support, and supervision to residents in addiction treatment and restorative justice programs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and interact with residents
- Document behaviors
- Assist with housekeeping
- Administer medications
- Respond to emergencies
- Support treatment goals
- Lead educational activities
- Transport residents
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills preferred
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must pass background and motor vehicle checks
- Training in fire safety, first aid, and medication administration preferred
Physical demands
Physical demands include standing, walking, and outdoor exposure. Works in a community-based residential setting with moderate noise.
