About the role
This position is a hybrid in-office/remote role based in NYC and will report to the VP, Ad Sales Marketing.
What you'll do
- Narrative Development & Client Storytelling
- Serve as a strategic advisor on narrative development – connecting Atmosphere's positioning, products, and capabilities to client objectives across verticals and categories
- Propose storytelling strategies that clearly and compellingly communicate Atmosphere's value proposition, including specific products and platform capabilities
- Translate complex platform data, audience insights, and campaign performance into persuasive, client-ready presentations
- RFP Responses & Proactive Pitches
- Lead end-to-end RFP responses – synthesizing sales input, developing the strategic narrative, and producing polished, differentiated decks under deadline
- Drive proactive pitch development for high-priority prospects and categories, from initial concept through final deliverable
- Bring pitch ideas to the table without being asked – staying ahead of the sales calendar, cultural moments, and category trends
- Sales Collateral & Sponsorship Packages
- Create and maintain sales collateral spanning GTM, Audiences, Categories, Venues, and Case Studies – ensuring the library stays current, accurate, and representative of Atmosphere's best work
- Lead end-to-end creation of new and updated sponsorship packages and ad products, in support of both national and local/regional partners
- Own and evolve core sales enablement content: category one-sheeters, platform explainers, audience narrative frameworks, and vertical-specific pitch modules
- Sellable Product Development & Ideation
- Originate and develop new sellable concepts – identifying opportunities to package Atmosphere's platform capabilities into pitchable, scalable products for sales
- Collaborate with sales to understand buyer needs and translate them into creative marketing concepts that open doors and drive revenue
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Content, Creative, and Engineering teams across pre-sale ideation and post-sale execution
- Identify and evaluate potential partners that can expand Atmosphere's revenue-driving capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in a marketing and/or sales role within streaming TV advertising, Digital Out of Home (DOOH), retail ad networks, or a similar environment – agency or media company experience preferred
- Highly proficient writer with the ability to produce professional-quality presentations and sales collateral; strong PowerPoint/Keynote skills are important
- Familiarity with the media landscape, particularly the media buying process (planning, pacing, post-buy)
- Demonstrated interest in working with data, particularly in a storytelling capacity
- Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; able to collaborate effectively across a team
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced environment and eager to learn new tools and methodologies
- Passionate about streaming, media, and advertising – and genuinely curious about where the industry is going
- High ownership mentality: you hold yourself accountable, don't wait to be told what to do, and bring solutions rather than problems

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range $100,000 - $110,000 + Commission
