Acute Medicine Registered Nurse - Full Time Night Shift

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute medicine unit specializing in complex medical conditions such as renal, endocrine, neurological, GI/GU, pulmonary, infectious, and cardiology issues. The nurse will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, promoting patient and family-centered care, education, safety, and quality compliance. Responsibilities Include Developing and documenting individualized care plans with collaborative input.Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.Educating patients and families on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participating in activities that ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards, along with ongoing professional development. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree, RN license.Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with at least 2 years of experience.Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.
