Role Overview

This position involves providing high-quality, direct patient care for individuals experiencing acute medical conditions, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment.

Responsibilities

• Promoting patient and family-centered care and educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans in coordination with the interprofessional team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, cultural, spiritual, and population-specific factors.
• Maintaining safety-sensitive standards, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience required; less than 2 years experience preferred with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
