About the role

This position involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with acute medical conditions, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure effective treatment. Nurses will assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, promoting patient safety, education, and family-centered care. The role includes participating in professional development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and addressing patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. The position is integral to a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive care for patients with diverse clinical issues. Both experienced and new nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document care plans collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team.
• Assess patient needs holistically, considering cultural, emotional, and spiritual factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN required.
• Experience: No experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles.
