Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in an acute care setting, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. The nurse will promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities. Responsibilities include developing and documenting individualized care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs. The role requires working in a safety-sensitive environment with a focus on maintaining alertness and safety.
