Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of hospitalized patients
• Diagnose and manage acute and complex conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and health professionals to develop and modify care plans
• Support safe patient transitions and provide education to patients and families
