Acumatica Project Lead/Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of project management consulting services for Acumatica clients
• Deliver a full range of services including internal project reporting and administration, resource management, client management, project budgeting, accounting, finance, project planning, project control, and project communication
• Work closely with internal and external clients to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• Manage the project lifecycle from planning to go-live, ensuring alignment, communication, and project success
• Monitor project progress, risks, budget, and key metrics to maintain project integrity and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns proactively
• Support and coordinate the team, assigning roles and responsibilities, and fostering a collaborative environment
• Manage project finances, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and timely follow-ups
• Provide clear and concise project reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Escalate issues appropriately and communicate solutions clearly and confidently

Requirements

Experience managing ERP projects, particularly with Acumatica. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, a calm and organized approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Emotional ownership, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine desire to help the team are also important qualities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a business leadership position
• Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects with strategic and national scope
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications
• Knowledge of workforce and labor force strategies (asset)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute projects on time and within budget
