Acumatica Project Lead/Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of project management consulting services for Acumatica clients
• Work closely with internal and external clients to provide a full range of services including project reporting, administration, resource management, client management, project budgeting, accounting, finance, project planning, project control, and project communication
• Deliver projects with confidence and clarity, owning the full project lifecycle from planning to post-go-live support
• Track progress, risks, budget, and key metrics without overwhelming the team with administrative tasks
• Flag issues early and create practical contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution
• Build strong, positive relationships with client stakeholders and set clear expectations throughout the project
• Ensure clients feel supported and delighted with the final outcome
• Support and coordinate your team by assigning roles and responsibilities, collaborating with internal and external resources, fostering a transparent and accountable team culture, and providing clear project reporting
• Communicate like a pro by providing clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and next steps, creating simple project documentation, and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged

Requirements

Extensive technical experience in Acumatica (prior Acumatica implementations preferred)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a business leadership position
• Bachelor’s degree required, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good computer skills, proficient with MS office applications
• Knowledge of workforce and labor force strategies (asset)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to execute projects on time and on budget
