Activity Coordination Assistant
The Activity Coordination Assistant ensures the daily operations of the Wellness Center meets participant needs. Performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Schedules the Wellness Center meeting rooms and fitness rooms for pre-programmed classes/events. Plans, promotes and coordinates programs to provide members with a variety of fitness activities. Greets patients, verifies insurance coverage and eligibility, reviews new patient registration, and enters new patient information into the computer system at an outpatient care site.
About the role
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year in a previous administrative role
- A valid driver license and dependable transportation
- Experience in a patient facing role involving structured and planned activities
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Health related field
- Previous work with vulnerable adults or the geriatric population
- Experience in Community health outreach programs
- Nutrition knowledge
- Experience as a Personal Trainer and/or performing wellness and recreational activities
- This role is considered patient-facing and is part of the company's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Pay and Schedule
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $38,000 - $45,800 per year Eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
