Minimum Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. Heart Saver AED obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
What You’ll Make an Impact In
Conduct individualized activity assessments to identify interests, abilities, and preferences while supporting personalized treatment goals and care plans in a skilled nursing setting. Facilitate and actively participate in recreational, therapeutic, social, and group activities that promote resident wellness, independence, and quality of life. Ensure activity areas, equipment, and supplies are clean, safe, well-stocked, and organized to provide a welcoming environment for residents and staff. Complete clerical duties including documentation, attendance records, activity calendars, supply inventory, and other administrative tasks as assigned to support the Activities Department.
