Activity Associate - Aurora

Responsibilities

• Entering resident information in multiple systems
• Attending care plan meetings with families and residents
• Collecting resident profiles
• Affiliate in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Must be 18 years or older
• Memory Care Experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting (Preferred)
• Certification in CPR And First Aid (Preferred)
