Member Services Associate

About the role

The Atlee Station YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Services Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. The pay range for this position is $15-$18 per hour.

Duties

Member services associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations. Must be able to work weekends and nights.

Qualifications

Member services associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
