ACTIVITY AIDE/COORDINATOR

Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Activity Aide to work with a variety of patients. If you have a desire to work in an engaging environment with a team of professionals dedicated to the healing and health of the patients we serve, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing activity services for assigned program
- Implementing treatment goals
- Providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients under the direction of the Director of the Activity Therapy Department
Qualifications
- High School graduate required, some college preferred
- One year of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred
- First Aid/CPR (we will train)
- Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training prior to assisting with a restraining procedure and within 90 days of employment (we will provide training)
