Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Respects and upholds all residents' personal and property rights whenever carrying out duties, including knocking before entering a resident's room.
• Complies with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Assists and/or conducts assigned group or one-to-one activity programs according to calendar.
• Moves and arranges equipment/supplies to assure that activity areas are ready for scheduled activity.
• Assists residents move to and from activity programs as needed.
• Is responsible for returning all activity department
