How You'll Contribute

• Supports the therapeutic programming and daily operations of the department by facilitating structured activity groups and documenting patient participation and progress.
• Works closely with the Activity Therapist to deliver interventions aligned with individualized treatment plans, including providing alternative activities when patients are unable to attend groups.
• Maintains consistent communication to ensure quality, patient-centered care.
• Promotes patient engagement by offering age-appropriate activities.

What We're Looking For

• A High School Diploma/GED is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in recreational therapy or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care within 30 days are required.
