Responsibilities
The Activities and Lifestyle Engagement Associate is responsible for assisting in conducting the Lifestyle Engagement Program for residents, creating and maintaining a commitment to purposeful programming through the enhancement of the four pillars of successful aging (Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical, and Social). As well as, demonstrating, understanding, and putting into practice a person-centered philosophy to help develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or technical school is preferred; or a minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
