About the role
The Activities Aide (Program Leader) will work with residents 1:1 and lead therapeutic recreation groups, including exercise, art, games, snack and coffee service, and more. The Activities Aide (Program Leader) is responsible for assisting in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing activity programs per current federal, state, and local standards.

- Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing activity programs per current federal, state, and local standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED.
- AA or BA degree in the creative arts or an activities certification is preferred.
- Prior experience in Mental Health is preferred.

Crestwood Treatment Center in Fremont is a skilled nursing facility that provides long-term care to individuals diagnosed with an organic brain disease. Residents at this facility typically have a combination of psychiatric and dementia-related behaviors.
Pay
The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range $25.21 - $25.21 USD.
