About the role
This position will provide support to the Intermountain Hospital team.Responsibilities
- Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
- Communicate with patients regarding their care and treatment plans
- Support the smooth operation of the hospital’s daily activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not necessary
