About the role

This position will provide support to the Intermountain Hospital team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping
  • Communicate with patients regarding their care and treatment plans
  • Support the smooth operation of the hospital’s daily activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not necessary
