Activities Aide

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings, to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized activity plans for patients
• Encourage patient participation and engagement in activities, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Maintain accurate records of patient activities and progress
• Collaborate with the activities team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Monitor patient needs and report any concerns to the Activities Director or other healthcare professionals
• Uphold the highest standards of patient care, dignity, and respect
