Lorien Encore at Turf Valley is seeking an energetic, creative, and compassionate PRN Activities Assistant to help bring excitement, connection, and purpose to the lives of our residents. Whether you're leading a game, helping with a special event, assisting with crafts, or simply sharing laughter and conversation, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences every day. Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and leading group and individual activities
• Support recreational programs that promote social engagement and well-being
• Encourage resident participation in daily events and special activities
• Help create a positive, fun, and supportive community environment
• Work collaboratively with the activities and care team

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun and engaging activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with seniors is helpful but not required
• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay

• Starting Rate $16/hour
• Same Day Pay Available
