Activities Aide

About the Role

Lorien Elkridge is looking for an Activities Assistant with an enthusiastic, engaging personality to bring energy and excitement to our community. This position requires an individual to follow a calendar of activities created for residents of varying degrees of physical or mental abilities each day, including games, performers, themed parties, crafts, discussion groups, and a wide variety of other activities.

Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily calendar of activities tailored for residents with varying physical or mental abilities
• Organize and facilitate games, themed parties, crafts, discussion groups, and other engaging activities
• Bring creativity, enthusiasm, and positivity to the community

Schedule

• Full-Time Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) availability required

Pay

Competitive pay at $16.00 per hour with same-day pay available for all employees.
