Active Entertainment Center Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact and authority for all Active Entertainment areas on weekends.
• Supervise, support, and coordinate team members across multiple attractions.
• Ensure appropriate staff coverage in all areas and adjust assignments as needed.
• Actively engage with guests and families to ensure satisfaction, safety, and fun.
• Handle escalated guest concerns or incidents professionally and promptly.
• Aid in party coordination, group check-ins, and high-volume crowd flow.

Requirements

• Maintain all attraction areas for safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Enforce company safety protocols and respond immediately to any incidents or emergencies.
• Complete and submit incident reports when necessary.
• Conduct pre-shift walkthroughs and end-of-shift reports for each area.
• Ensure all attractions open and close properly according to set procedures.
• Report facility or equipment issues to the maintenance or leadership team for follow-up.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within recreation, hospitality, entertainment, or child-focused environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple attractions, staff, and guest needs simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
